The Armenian Government today approved the motion to declare December 9 as the Day of Commemoration of Victims of all Genocides. The measure was proposed by MPs Artak Zakaryan, Zaruhi Postanjyan, Koryun Nahapetyan, Shirak Torosyan and Alexander Arzumanyan. The date was chosen considering that the UN General Assembly adopted the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (CPPCG) on December 9, 1948.

May be by remembering the Victims of genocides... Humanity will learn to avoid the next one... 
May be next December 9 we can declare the abolition of war... Maybe we can declare that the Global Village is just One Family and we are each others keeps... and we hant to leave in PEACE and HARMONY...

Racism is Everywhere...

I would like to see their uproar and I would like to see their solidarity with the victims...be they Christian or Muslim... 

When they just condemn an atheist's attack killing three innocent Muslim students... it somehow sounds hollow and hypocritical too...

Why do not the "silent majority" of Muslim communities condemn these too...?

I would like to see Muslim communities in North America and Europe protesting these atrocities which are committed in their name too...

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has criticised US President Barack Obama for his silence over the murder of three Muslim students in the US. He said politicians were responsible for events in their countries and had to clarify their stance over them. More than 5,000 people attended the funeral of the students who were shot dead in North Carolina on Tuesday.

Where was the Turkish president when the Islamist-Jihadists murdered the Christians in Mosul and in north of Iraq... If, as he declares, politicians are responsible for the murders, then definitely he is responsible for the Armenian GENOCIDE... where Turkish hoards and soldiers killed and raped and deprted more than 1.5 million Christian Armenians...

The Turkish soldiers gambled on the gender of the fetus in pregnant Christian Armenian women... and then ripped the womb to check who won the bet...

The Turkish President is the last person to condemn Obama...

Where is the Turkish-Islamist Outrage... ?

Nearly 20% of the respondents did not have an opinion of Jews, and 71.5% said they had a negative opinion. According to a poll that the Anti-Defamation League released in 2014, 69% of Turks harbor anti-Semitic attitudes. More recently, the Hrant Dink Foundation in Turkey, named after the murdered Turkish-Armenian journalist, found that anti-Semitism is the most common racial or religious prejudice in the Turkish media. The study tracked derogatory coverage of over 30 different groups in media reports between May and August, only to find that Jews and Armenians were the subjects of just over half of the recorded incidents in a media landscape filled with "biased and discriminatory language use." Jews led the list with 130 incidents, followed by Armenians (60), [non-Greek] Christians (25), Greeks (21), Kurds (18) and Syrian refugees (10). Burak Bekdil, based in Ankara, is a Turkish columnist for the Hurriyet Daily and a Fellow at the Middle East Forum.

If someone is donating $100 000 for a dinner with the hopeful candidate, then they are hoping something in return... and of course they will get it when he is elected...

70th anniversary of Dresden firebombing

We should remember... The atrocities of WAR... We should remember human beings inhumanity against fellow humans... We should remember that there are no US and THEM... We should learn to live in PEACE and HARMONY... I have attended many Remembrance Day ceremonies... I have attended many Veterans Day ceremonies and commemorations... It is always THEM-US dichotomy...
