hope that all is well with you.
Hopefully you're encountering
better weather there than we are here as we got 20 cm of snow since
last night and -25 degrees windchill which resulted in horrible
conditions everywhere and some cancelled classes for me and closed
schools almost everywhere else.
Anyways,
I came across something that I thought you might like and so
I am
forwarding the link to you. Hopefully it will brighten up your day
the same way it did mine.
Basically,
the article is about a mother of 2 doing random acts of kindness
in her city, but complete anonymously with not even her husband
knowing. Some of the things she has done are in the article but I
just found it somewhat inspiring that not only that she is doing
some nice things for strangers, but because of her humility and
not wanting any credit for her acts. Hopefully you'll enjoy the
article.

I enjoyed the sun... had my
coffee outside in the sun and and
afterwards dressed up and took a long walk... hour and
a half... and thought about your note about "random acts
of kindness..." I was inspired by the mother of two
and thought how I can match her actions and her
kindness...
As
you may know , this year is the 100 anniversary of the Armenian
Genocide... So I decided to commit myself to accomplish
100 acts of random
kindness
from now to April 24... the
day that the Genocide will officially remembered...
Thank you for your note and thank you for the kind inspiration...

here are few notes about you... for you... may be
you
can match my gesture and come up with your
ideas...
New ideas... You are wonderfully intelligent to
do
that...

From the kindness of the civilized youth to the barbarity of the reality...
After the Islamist-Jihadists beheaded hostages... I thought this is it... the ultimate barbarity... and no one can surpass it ...

THEY SURPASSED THEIR OWN INHUMAN ACTS WITH BARBARISM THAT CAN NOT BE IMAGINED...
THE BURNED ONE OF THEIR HOSTAGES ALIVE...
THEY BURNED A JORDANIAN PILOT ALIVE...

The inhumanity of the Islamic-Jihadists has surpassed all limits of human behaviour...
Even if their religion advises them to be violent, they are expected to use their brain and behave like human beings behave...
Torture is inhumane...
War is sub-human...
Anyone engaged in war is committing non-human acts...War is not proper human behaviour...
This act of burning the hostage alive is beyond human imagination... The Christians burned women for witchcraft in the Middle Ages... may be the Islamist-Jihadists are being inspired by examples from the Middle Ages...
But those were 100 of years ago...
Why the Islamic-Jihadists are insisting on these outdated and backward norms... is a mystery...
Even if a religion permits violence... people are expected to be rational and civilized and outgrow the violence embedded within the religion...
If Christianity preaches violence... then a Christian is expected to outgrow it...
If Buddhism teaches savagery... then its followers are expected to reject it ...
If Judaism teaches torture... then people are expected to replace it with their human norms and behaviour...
And the same is expected of the Islamist-Jihadists... They have no excuse what-so-ever... to behead and rape and torture and enslave and burn people alive...
Their inhuman behaviour demonstrates again that they have a long, very long way to cover... from the Middle Ages to the 21st century... and that distance in time they have to travel fast or they will be destined to the garbage dump of history... and humanity will not tolerate them...
JUST
TO DEMONSTRATE THAT WE ARE MORE CIVILIZED... BAN THE GUN CULTURE

the same bullet after pulling a gun from her handbag, police say.

incident took place in a motel room on Saturday afternoon in
Albuquerque in the state of New Mexico.

toddler was apparently reaching for an iPod.
In
December a woman in the state of Idaho was killed after her
two-year-old son accidentally shot her with a gun he found when
reaching into her handbag in a Wal-Mart store.

Guns are not a matter of individual rights...
GUNS KILL AND THEY SHOULD BE BANNED...
After all, with gun in our hands we will not be any better than the barbarians who caged and burned the Jordanian pilot alive...
