Take time off...Take time out...
Take five minutes in the morning...be alone by yourself...without electronic devices...focus on yourself without any disruptions from outside...and plan the day...after all, a well thought out and planned day will bear better fruits...
Also,
Take another five minutes off from the world and again focus on
yourself in the evening...and review your day ... reflect on your achievements
and on your "trials and errors"...
Then tomorrow will be a much better day... and the day after even

Electronic signals have invaded all our space ... Personal
electronic devices have mushroomed and most of us will have a hard time
remembering a time when we were free of the electronic signals and devices...
Big Brother is happy…The signals enable them to spy on us at all times… but
simultaneously, Big Brother is apprehensive…because electronic devices opened
up a new dimension in space-time and democratized information…
The democratization of information is good and beneficial to us all…
also the devices enable us to spread the news as soon as it appears…occurs…
This aspect of the democratization is a headache to Big Brother and they try to

Brother and his machinations… also Snowden recently provided another example of electronic spying…

incessantly to control us and to know what we are up to…even with our
girlfriends and boyfriends…They love the details…
But taking time off from these signals and devices is good…Makes us more
human…and less robotic…

You will love it… and the Big Brother will be out of your day for at least ten
minutes…
