Well in the Summer heat...there is much to do and as the operetta chirps... "Summer time...when everything is easy..."
My young friend sent a diagram-poster and a note... and we had a chat...and I included both...the poster and our chat...

 Ha-ha, I think it varies but at the moment I feel like the bottom up because of all the university stuff going on right now. But that's kind of a first world problem so overall when it comes down to it we are pretty high up there compared to others.

 If you ignore the labels that the picture has I think that there will always be a level lower than the previous one. I do think we are more on the asshole side just because the majority of us don't care for others and would rather make others shitheads. I believe that ...

Whoops to continue that thought, I believe that we need to strive to make everyone a asshole to be honest so there as few shitheads as possible. This means to make life fair for everyone so no one has shit on their heads. It's a hard thing to do but it is definitely possible.

 That's the moral of the story ...                                                                      There should be a different way of organization...no bottom up or top down...                                                                                                         There should be no hierarchic organization...It should be cooperative and equal responsibility one level circuit...                                                         

   One level ... cooperative effort...no competition and may be circular ...

Russia and Ukraine and Obama and Syria and Iraq and IS belongs which part of the hierarchy they belong...

The human brain has invented many useful things... but also many useless and harmful items... The hierarchical organization of things serves to celebrate human stupidity and power...and the "divine right of kings..." As democracy developed...people stressed "fraternity, equality, liberty" or the inalienable right of "pursuit of happiness" ... but did not get rid of the hierarchic form of organization...After all, the Pope has to be at the top and the people at the bottom... The President should be at the top and the people at the bottom... The not elected king-Queen had to be at the top, even as a figurehead and touristic item, and the people at the bottom... The CEO of the company at the top and the workers at the bottom...The Principal at the top and the students at the bottom...

Fighting to be the "asshole" at the top....

As the chat rapped up with my young friend...I came to the conclusion that no one has to be a shithead and no one has to be an asshole... and a non-hierarchic cooperative way of organizing society will be much better... 

The teacher can instruct more effectively when she-he incorporates the students in the instructions and pursue a collective inquiry... I guess even the asshole at the top will want the shitheads at the bottom to cooperate and come up with a collective solution...

You need just a "prick" to deflate the hierarchy...

Cooperation in the classroom and collective learning is superior to individualized and competitive torture... Even the individualized testing is does not emulate the everyday life and the workplace...

Collectively we can achieve more...

The Pope has the Cardinals and eventually the people...If the hierarchy does not keep up with the people than the people will not keep up with the Church...and the pews will be empty and , like in Montreal, Canada, they will be forced to sell the churches or convert them into museums...

The President has the cabinet and eventually the people... if the government does not listen to the people than the people will vote the "assholes" out and or rebel...

Everyone should teach by example and by acting properly...and cooperatively...and we have to liberate ourselves of the shithead-asshole conundrum... We have to abolish the stinky dilemma...

May be my young friend and his friends will be able to usher in fresh air and get rid of the stink which is generated over the centuries...

May be my friend with the help of his friends will democratize "democracy"... I am sure he is smart enough to achieve that... I am sure he is strong enough to have his friends around and guide us into cooperative glory and PEACE...

Hierarchic organization of society creates animosity and power struggle and is by its very nature antagonistic in character...  

Non-hierarchic organization will bring in cooperation and peace...

So seat in circles and kick the "teachers" out of the room... and seat in circles and all of you become presidents and popes...     

These are the fighters at the bottom...The top is in the "office" hiding... because it is both ugly and stinky...

I guess when society is geared up to create and elect "assholes..." all the rest of us become "shitheads..."
Think about it...

 Ideas and innovation are killed and the hierarchy produces mediocrity... I know this from my last school...The admin was/is a beautiful example of...things that stink...

ISIS-Jihadists have taken Yazidi girs and women and are "using them...It reminds me the "comfort women" from South Korea...that the Japanese used in WW II...

Some things never change...Some things stagnate...and of course stink...

But the nightmare continues for hundreds of Yazidi girls and women, unable to get out of harm's way, who are being being sold by ISIS to its fighters in Syria, according to a human rights group.

In the past few weeks, ISIS has distributed or sold about 300 Yazidi girls and women it abducted in Iraq, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based monitoring group aligned with the opposition in Syria.
