The Personal...
A friend writes...

"I'm at school but the board office and all school facilities have been cancelled due to heavy snow and storm , it's Canada OH Canada. Only Rino and myself are on site, and will be leaving in few minutes."

When I was teaching, I loved the snow days...

I woke up early and drove to the school beating the absurdity of the traffic... I arrived at school very early everyday... and on snow days... the school was spooky and funny... suddenly someone will show up bundled and attempting to keep warm... I went to my classroom made some cinnamon tea and played masterpieces of church music... Rachmaninoff's Vespers or Mozart's Requiem or Gregorian Chants...

The teachers thought I was weird... the students thought I am crazy and they did not miss the chance to show me a poster of Ernestine and emphasized that I look like him...that is "crazy" like him... and admin stayed away from me... They knew that I will retaliate and not give in to their superficial and non-academic demands... They did not want a controversy on their hands...

I was happy with the younger people and together we learned how to reason (math) and how to be a good person ( social discussions that I interjected in my math classes)...

I guess they were happy...and satisfied too...

... Today I hear it's a snow day... and memories flooded in...

Now I am retired... and in warmer climate...

I do not miss the school... the four walls were arresting my thoughts and not allowing the students to soar higher the way they chose to...

I do not miss the teachers... most were there to "teach" because they wanted the money... and they could not do something else...which pays good...

I am happy that I got rid of the admin... Admins are bureaucratic Big Brothers and they are there to preserve law and order... and make the kids to conform to the norms of society...

But I miss the youthful energy and inquiring minds of the kids... and I will always miss that...

I will miss the snow too...

The hypocrisy of NATO-West is evident by the allies that they keep in the Arab and Islamic world...
Tn Pakistan... Talaban terrorists attack schools and bazaars... scores are killed and teachers take up arms after school massacre... in Pakistan...

Pistol in one hand and metal detector in the other...outside Pakistani school...

The Talaban who are Muslims... bomb and kill and maim the Pakistanis who are Muslim too...

Muslim Big Brothers are fighting to hegemony and leadership in the Muslim world...

The in-fighting and the civil war was initiated by the Iran-Iraq war... between Shia Iran and Sunni Iraq-Saddam Hussein... and believe it or not... NATO-West "democracies" supported the Iraqi-Saddam Hussein side... !

On the principal's desk at the Peshawar's Government High School for Boys sits a screen beaming surveillance video from around the campus.

In one of the desk's drawers, within easy reach of Abdul Saeed's right hand, lies a fully loaded pistol.

A teacher for 15 years, Saeed argues that bringing a gun to school reassures his students, who are still terrified after a brazen attack on the Army Public School and Degree College in December, when Taliban militants stormed the building and massacred dozens of students during a six-hour siege.

"They would look to the door every time they heard a sound. Now when they see me wearing a gun, they need not worry and can focus on the task at hand, which is to educate themselves," Saeed says.

Of course later they dumped Iraqi-Saddam Hussein and revealed their GREED and for-profit-war...

Pakistan Shia mosque blast in Shikarpur kills dozens...

At least 40 people have been killed in a bomb blast at a Shia mosque in southern Pakistan, officials say.

Dozens were wounded in the attack after Friday prayers in Shikarpur district of Sindh province, and the death toll is expected to rise.

Sunni militants linked to the Pakistani Taliban said they carried out the attack.

The Sunni Muslims kill and Massacre Shia Muslims... in Pakistan... Later in the week, Islamic-Jihadists in Iraq attacked areas inhabited by Sunni Muslims... buSunni and the Army was Shia Muslims...
They are having a sectarian wars... very similar to the Protestant-Catholic wars of Europe just after the Reformation and Protestant rebellion...

Alarab TV has promised to provide unbiased coverage of Middle Eastern and international news

A new Saudi Arabian pan-Arab news channel has stopped scheduled broadcasting less than 24 hours after going on air from studios in Bahrain.

Alarab TV, owned by billionaire Saudi businessman, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, launched with the promise of politically independent news coverage.

One of its first guests was a prominent Bahraini opposition figure, drawing criticism from pro-government media.

Alarab said it had stopped for "technical and administrative reasons".

The channel reverted to showing promotional video and said it would be "back soon".

The NATO-Western democracy allies of Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Turkey and the rest are neither free nor democratic... But the NATO-Western Big Brothers support them for GREED and profit... The Big brothers have both greasy and bloody hands...

...And the Eastern Brotherhood led by Russia is not any different... After all, Big Brothers behave the same way regardless of faith and language and citizenship...
Ukraine is being devastated... Bombs are falling on civilians... and many are murdered and maimed...

Ukrainian troops and pro-Russian rebels are exchanging heavy tank and artillery fire in and around Debaltseve, a strategic town in eastern Ukraine.

Check the areas in conflict... between the East (Russia) and the West (NATO)... and the end result is that many civilians are starving and murdered...

Tanks are everywhere... and bombs are falling on civilian neighborhoods...

The rebels have been steadily advancing on Ukrainian positions in recent days

Residents in the rebel stronghold of Donetsk say they are running out of essential supplies

The "democratic" West and NATO are run by Big Brother Greed and the 1%... and for them it is ALL for profit and a money making game...
The oligarchic East... run by Big Brothers wants more of the booty and the money...
The Big Brothers in the West say no... The Big Brothers in the East instigate a war...
The people are caught in between the West-East Big brother dispute and suffer and are killed and maimed...

The Islamic states attacked the Europe that they are making fun of their religion... The Pope declares that people should not make fun of religions...
But Big Brothers continue their GREED and devastation...
