Myanmar... and Turkey ... and Sweden... and the U.S.

Rohingya Crisis... The Shame of Our Civilization... The Shame of Nobel Prize Winner Aung San Suu Kyi...

They are HUMANS before they are objectified as Muslims... They are HUMANS crying for humanity... They are humans and their plight is the world's shame...
The executives of the 1% tweet their infantile messages after any terrorist attack... But keep silent when more than 400 000 people are displaced... they keep silent when tens of thousands are massacred and murdered... the 1% keeps silent when people's homes are burned...
A new Human Rights Watch report released on Friday accused the Myanmar military of an "ethnic cleansing campaign" and detailed scores of villages targeted with arson attacks. But Aung San Suu Kyi denies any wrong doing... No massacres and no burning she declares... !
She may smile away the atrocities... She may accuse Rohingyas for burning their homes... and killing each other... That's what the 1% does... they accuse the victims for the greed of the 1%...
I am distressed more because of her gender... I expect more humaneness from females, maybe that's my gender bias, but I have seen that in my mother's eyes... I have learned that from my mother... After all they have been abused for centuries just because of their gender...
Her smile will not act as a fig leaf to cover her nakedness... The emperor has no cloths...

The most urgent and powerful appeals to Aung San Suu Kyi have come from her fellow Nobel laureates. The Pakistani activist Malala Yousafzai, who won the prize for her advocacy of girls’ education, condemned the “tragic and shameful treatment” of the Rohingya. “I am still waiting for my fellow Nobel Laureate Aung San Suu Kyi to do the same.” Addressing a letter to his “dear sister,” the anti-apartheid activist Desmond Tutu wrote of his “profound sadness” and called on Aung San Suu Kyi to end the military-led operations. “If the political price of your ascension to the highest office in Myanmar is your silence, the price is surely too steep,” he wrote. The Dalai Lama subsequently urged her to find a peaceful solution to the humanitarian crisis, saying that Buddha would have “definitely helped those poor Muslims.”

Jawaharlal Nehru (L) in conversation with Mahatma Gandhi at the All-India Congress committee meeting at Bombay in 1946
Jawaharlal Nehru (L) and Mahatma Gandhi publicly condemned violence against Muslims during India's partition... The memory of Nehru wading into Hindu mobs to prevent sectarian violence is one of the 20th Century's defining acts of personal courage...
The global 99% expect as mush courage from Aung San Suu Kyi, but it is the absence of even rhetorical intervention that disturbs many former supporters... She MUST hand in her Nobel PEACE Prize back...
Driven from their country... refugees cross the border... into relative safety...
Governments must insist on stopping the massacres... and stop the "ethnic cleansing..." This is fast becoming another unpunished genocide... like the Armenian Genocide perpetrated by successive Turkish regimes... in the 20th century...

... And this executive of the 1% from Turkey...                                                                   acts like a fool...
Ankara Mayor Melih Gökçek
Turkey... Ankara Mayor Melih Gökçek
ANKARA, Turkey– Ankara Mayor Melih Gökçek on Tuesday in a tweet urged his constituents to pray for more disasters, such as hurricanes Harvey and Irma, to befall on the United States, so that Washington would not have time to grapple with Turkey.
Accusing the US of causing enmity among Muslims, Gökçek said: “The cost of hurricanes Harvey and Irma to the US is $290 billion. Let’s continue to pray: ‘God, give those who are fighting with us such troubles so that they forget us.’”

prays for disaster to fall upon others...? What kind of a human being salivates on disasters - hurricanes, earthquakes... and the rest - to engulf other human beings... and rejoices on it...
Emperor Nero fiddled while Rome burned...!
Gökçek is no stranger to controversial tweets and statements.
Doesn't he remind us of other executives of the 1% who tweet and whine...? Gökçek is a funny extremist... He is so funny that he is an Islamic fascist... and ally to the Islamic Jihadists...
In August, he referred to German politician and Green Part leader Cem Özdemir of being an “Armenian servant” and a traitor... In Turkey calling someone Armenian is just like calling someone the N-word in the U.S.
Özdemir, the son of Turkish immigrants, has been highly critical of the government in Ankara, Turkey... for their despotic rule and for trampling democratic norms and institutions...
Doesn't he remind us of other executives of the 1% who lie their way out of everything and anything ...

Following Gökçek tweet, Armenian member of Turkish Parliament Garo Paylan came to Özdemir’s defense by tweeting, “Cem Özdemir will enter history as Turkey’s pride, whereas you—as the racist fascist shame.”
As Erdogan's regime consolidates its powers in Turkey with the help of fascists like Mayor Gökçek... Turkey has evolved to represent the sickening fascism which is budding boldly and rattling North America and Europe... The white supremacists and the fascists racists of the right wing... are coming out of the gutter... and threatening North American democracy...

Swedish Politician Raped by a Right Wing
Fascist... A Fascist similar to Ankara's
Mayor Gökçek...
A picture showing the Swedish politician Patrik Liljeglod

A Swedish politician has revealed on Facebook that he was raped by a knife-wielding attacker because of his political leanings.
Patrik Liljeglod is a group leader of the Left Party, in the city of Falun.
He also spoke about the assault at a council meeting on Thursday evening.
"I was brutally treated and raped at knife point on the pretext that I was a 'left-wing fagot,'  that people like us 'like this,' that is being raped-fucked... and finally that I was a traitor," he said...

Patrik said he would have preferred to bury what happened so deep that nobody but him would ever know, but that he felt it was his duty to speak out because the attack had been politically motivated.

"I stand here because, given my deeply rooted belief that democracy is an integral part of our society, I feel that I must," he wrote.
The Left Party leader said he would not abandon his agenda, but would fight even harder after what had happened.
"Nothing is more important than democracy, people die for the right to democracy every day - and the right we have inherited through our parents' struggles, we have to continue fighting for," he wrote.
"And we must remind those citizens who have forgotten why."

Raping men and women... is a fascist act... Only the right wing bigots... from Ankara, Turkey to Charlottesville, U.S., to Falun, Sweden... are capable of imagining such vile atrocities and carry it... After all, they have bombed clinics and killed doctors who perform abortions... they have beaten to death gay young people and tied them to fences to die... and in Turkey they have burned down Kurdish villages and attacked the Alawite Arab minority... and at the turn of the century they committed the Armenian Genocide and massacred Assyrians and Pontic Greeks...

In Myanmar there is an ethnic cleansing going on… The Rohingya minority is being massacred and driven out of their homes... by the Buddhist majority...  just because the Rohingya are Muslim... But, religion is a pretext for carrying out the ethnic cleansing... The Myanmar 1% wants to control the lands and resources and they just want to get rid of the Rohingya people so as they will have full control of their lands...
The reason is economic and the greed of the 1%... It always have been like that... The Armenian Genocide was committed by the Turks because they wanted to control the lands and riches of the Armenian people... The Jewish Holocaust was committed because the German-European 1% wanted to control the riches of the European Jews...
The 1% will manufacture a reason... usually a religious-ethnic one... and will  fan the flames of religion in order to antagonize ethic communities... and dehumanize the minority... and eventually kill them...
The white evangelicals in the U.S. are doing just that... They are attempting to dehumanize the Muslims and other ethnic minorities... the Latinos... and if they succeed than we will have a situation like Myanmar in North America...
The Turks deny the Armenian Genocide... they want to create an alternate narrative... They want to create "alternative facts..."
The Buddhist majority denies that there is ethnic cleansing going on... Aung San Suu Kyi and the Buddhist majority want to create alternative facts so as the justify their acts...
... And this year "alternative facts" and "fake news" became fashionable in the U.S. too...
If the 99% is not careful we will see a degeneration of Western democratic norms and the 1% will hijack not only the economic well being of the 99%, the people... but we will witness the erosion of our democratic norms and we will become like Myanmar, a military fascist rule or just like Turkey, a right wing fascistic religious rule... The North American Evangelicals will love that... and the 99%, the people will suffer under their rule...

People must be vigilant and Resist all the way...
