All the World is a Stage - Comedy in Error

You'll be the Judge...

I never want to be judgmental...I never want to judge people or cultures...Since I realize that each of us have a unique way of doing something and a very individualized way of dealing with situations...
But there are some issues which simply do not make sense...
1. Why in the Islamic culture the attire of males have been Europeanized  and the female attire is kept traditional...?
This is a strange and difficult to grasp situations...
During one of my walks in Toronto, i witnessed a situation...A young couple was jogging...The male had the lead...He was few steps ahead of his female partner...and he was jogging in blue shorts and green T-shirt...But the female was garbed in ancient and traditional Islamic fashion...
I could not grasp why...?
If males can be in shorts...why not the females shed the tradition too...?

Traditional male clothing...

Traditional female garb...
Traditional clothing and males and females and foreigners...
The male...His partner... and the European female...

The male tells the European female..."Cover up..." because otherwise you will arouse the males sexually and they may not be able to control themselves and then they may..want to have sex with you and if you do not allow that...then may may rape you...

The males in European attire for Friday prayers in the mosque...and the female in traditional Islamic clothing outside the mosque...

Islam is against exploitation...But Islamic States Exploit people...

Slave Labour in Azerbaijan ... contrary to Islamic culture and laws...
But just like any other religion...the Islamic laws too are there for the convinience of the rich and powerfull...and not for spirituality...

Foreign labour treated as slaves...Their passport will be taken from them and they will live in squalid and crowded rooms...

Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has declared about the arrest of 13 members of an
organized criminal group which in 2007-2009 had taken out hundreds of workers to Azerbaijan, where in
the future they have been exploited as slaves, reports the Azerbaijani news portal "Haqqin.az."
As noted in the article, the group members had sent for a total of more than 600 workers from Bosnia, Serbia

and Macedonia to Azerbaijan.
Buckets as washing machine...

"Once these people found themselves in Azerbaijan, they were kept in inhumane conditions. They were
not receiving wages and were forced to work in intolerable conditions," the prosecutor's office statement
reads
The gang members earned more than four million dollars by selling the slaves in Azerbaijan, the article reads.

Slave labour in Europe and the World
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is a United Nations agency dealing with labour issues, particularly international labour standards and decent work for all.[1] 185 of the 193 UN member states are members of the ILO.

  •  880 000 people are in forced labour in the European Union
  • Statistically, per 1000 inhabitants almost 1.8 persons in the European Union are in forced labour
  • 464 000 (58%) of forced labour victims are women
  • 270 000 people (30%) are estimated to be victims of sexual exploitation
  • 610 000 people (70%) are estimated to be victims of labour exploitation
  • Victims of sexual exploitation come primarily from the EU, Central and South-Eastern Europe, Africa and to a lesser extent Latin America and Asia
  • Domestic Work, agriculture, manufacturing and construction are the main sectors where forced labour victims were found. Victims were also forced into illicit or informal activities such as forced begging
  • Central & South Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States is the region with the highest prevalence of forced labour per 1000 inhabitants globally. 13 out of 19 countries of this region are at the EU’s doorstep1
  • 20.9 million people are victims of forced labour globally
  • 18.7 million (90%) of forced labour globally is exacted in the private economy.
I am sure we can do better...
I am sure ALL of you can help...
