It is always fun to see the untangling of the web around the globe.
The Arab regimes are for whatever reason opposed to the Syrian regime.
The Turkish regime is opposed to the Syrian regime.

I will not mention the Western Democracies...They have throughout history their own agenda ( which is greed and profit -as the Occupiers mentioned ) and now that they are in decline they have to come up with a new, but very old, agenda...Greed and profit and power.

The funny thing is that the Arab regimes are governed by Kings and sheiks...
The Emirates have their emirs... Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Morocco have their kings....Egypt is in turmoil and the army is reluctant to leave power...The Libyan regime is fragmented and the militias of various locals are accused by Amnesty International of torture... The former Libyan consulate to France died in torture after being arrested. The arrest lasted only one day!.... Tunisia is still evolving to whatever is anybodies guess...Iraq is ruined for the forcible future by the Western Democracies...
Overall the Arab World is in a mess...as before...Now these messy conglomerate...the kings and emirs and armies and the torturers...are accusing the Syrian regime of undemocratic means...

I agree with them...The Syrian regime is undemocratic...But so are their regimes...
I agree with them... The Syrian president should leave power...But so must they...

A king accusing someone else of undemocratic practices is abusing even "The Divine Rights of Kings".
An emir demanding democracy for someone else is farcical...
A torturer demanding someone else to end terrorizing civilians is convoluted reasoning...
An army asking a regime to abandon power is just expediting the time that they will leave power...

Turkey has more that 100 writers and journalist in prison...They have the law...301...that imprisons anyone accused of insulting the Turkishness of the Trukish nation...And insulting the Turkishness of the nation is equal to insulting the authorities...The regime is denying the fundamental human rights of the Kurdish people...and then they accuse of their neighbour of undemocratic means...Turkey will support anything and everybody that promotes their agenda of Pan-Turkic expansionism...
Turkey is a fascinating country where many cultures have met...Cultures that now the Turkish rulers think are their own...Turkish rulers are absurd...So are all rulers....

After all, a Ruler is used to draw straight lines....and humans can never, and should never, conform to straight line/one dimensional existence...
**********************
Politics is a farce in action... A Divine Comedy...A web that is woven and untangled,at all times...The Myth of Sisyphus...May be that was the punishment that God bestowed on us when Adam and Eve were driven out of Eden...
The rulers are powerful and Kafka is always right.....
And, of course, this is a cry in the wilderness...
